Exchanges

Any exchange request should be placed with in 24 hours from the time of delivery of the order. After that, we DO NOT accept & offer any exchange.

To place a request, please send us an email at contact@spbelegant.com with order ID, photo of the package.

  • Customer should bear one-side exchange delivery charges (cost of delivery to send products to us for exchange).
  • We send the exchanged items to customer without any delivery fee.

Returns

We check the condition of each and every product thoroughly before we deliver it to you. So we DO NOT allow returns for the products at any cost, except if,

  • The items in the package are broken / rusted / damanged
  • Wrong product/variant was delivered

Any return request should be placed within 24 hours from the delivery time. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

A full continuous video in all directions of the unboxing is mandatory to process your return request.

Return Process

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and send us an email at  info@poojamultifashion.com

with order ID, photo of the package.

  • Customer should bear return delivery charges (cost of delivery to send products to us for return).

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Amount will be refunded ONLY in the form of Store Credits with in 30 minutes of refund confirmation. Store Credits can be used for future purchases with us. We will notify you by E-mailwhen your return has been processed.

It is mandatory that you capture a video evidence of the unboxing/unpacking of the delivered product for us to accept returns/refunds.
